Shipping & returns

Your copy is printed when you order it, then sent from the United Kingdom. So there are two stages: printing, then delivery.

How long it takes

Printing takes about 3 working days. Delivery time then depends on where you are.

These are estimates, not guarantees. They assume a tracked service and count working days, so weekends and bank holidays don't count. At busy times such as Christmas, printing can take up to 5 working days and a UK order closer to 9.

What it costs

Delivery is free within the United Kingdom.

We can post overseas too, and nothing extra is added at checkout — but the delivery estimates on this page are for the UK.

Where we ship

Almost everywhere. We can ship worldwide apart from countries under UK trade restrictions.

Tracking your order

We'll email you a tracking link when your book leaves the printer. If it hasn't arrived and the tracking hasn't moved for several days, email ptbbook@outlook.com and we'll chase it.

Some cheaper overseas services are untracked, so an order going abroad may not have a tracking link, and a parcel that goes missing can't be traced or replaced.

Customs and import charges

There are none within the United Kingdom.

Outside the UK there may be. Your book is sent from the United Kingdom, so depending on your country your customs office may charge duty or local tax before the parcel is delivered. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in the £29.99.

If your book arrives damaged

Email ptbbook@outlook.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement. You don't need to return the damaged copy.

If your book doesn't arrive

Email us and we'll look into it with the courier. If it's genuinely lost on a tracked service, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Returns and cancellations

If you simply change your mind, you have the right to cancel under UK consumer law. You normally have 14 days from the day your book is delivered to tell us, and a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is yours to pay unless the book is faulty or wrong.

You may not need any of that. Our 14-day promise gives you 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund, and you don't have to send the book back at all.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect books are covered by your statutory rights as well, and nothing here affects them.
