Our 14-day promise

Read the first 14 days of the book. If it hasn't helped you bring God into your business decisions, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to send the book back. Keep it, pass it on, or give it to someone who needs it.

Why we offer this

The book asks you to do something, not just read something. Fourteen days is long enough to know whether that is working for you. If it isn't, you shouldn't be out of pocket.

Who it applies to

Anyone who buys a copy of Pray Through Business directly from this website, wherever you live. It covers the price you paid for the book.

How to claim

Email ptbbook@outlook.com within 30 days of your book being delivered. Please include:

• the email address you used at checkout, or your order number
• a line about what didn't work for you

You don't have to justify your answer at length, and we won't try to talk you out of it. The second point simply helps us make the book better.

What happens next

We'll reply to confirm, then refund the full price of the book to the card or account you paid with. There is nothing to post back and no collection to arrange.

What it doesn't cover

• Copies bought anywhere other than this website.
• Shipping charges on orders sent outside the UK, and any customs or import charges your country applies. Those are set by the carrier and your government, not by us.

If your book arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, that is a separate thing and you don't need this promise for it. Email us and we'll sort it out.

Your legal rights

This promise is in addition to your legal rights. It doesn't affect them, and nothing here takes them away. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have statutory rights to cancel or return an order in certain circumstances, and those apply as normal whether or not you use this promise.
